     1. Senior Wire-Bond Specialist
         � Strong skill in wire-bonding (e.g. wedge bond, ball bond, ribbon bond)
         � Capable of running prototype
         � Sharp observation & Clear Job Report

     2. Senior Soldering Specialist
         � Capable of soldering with hot-air-system on 0201, fine-pitch, flip chip
         � Do soldering under visual aids, e.g. magnification visor, microscope etc
         � Work methodically in preventing SMDs mixing

     3. Lab Assistant
         � Some years hands-on experience in electronic assembling industries
            (Examples are die-attach, wire-bond, encapsulation, use microscope,
             micro-tool handling, fine-pitch soldering, repair & maintenance etc.)
         � Microsoft Office proficiency

     4. Marketing Manager (President Assistant)
         � Assist president managing trade-show from setup to customers follow-up
         � Generate leads and assist president developing it to sales pipeline
         � Produce marketing materials in support of marketing activities
         � Develop customer relationship & social network
