  Q2: How will IDAX do the interconnection and assembly job?
  A2:  The standard assembly processes are:

  1	epoxy die-attach	conductive epoxy		oven cure
  		non-conductive epoxy		UV cure
  2	wire-bond	Alum wire	wedge bond	0.7 mil, 1 mil, 2 mil
  		Gold wire	wedge bond	1 mil
  			ball bond
  3	encapsulation	optical clear epoxy	UV cure

  Q3: What is the detail info I (as a potential customer) should provide?
  A3:  Re assembling:
  

  1	bonding diagram	show chip orientation, each wire from bond-pad to trace
  2	Other components on board	assembly drawing is preferred
  3	ground specially	in addition to the machine & operator grounding
  4	If equalizing wire-length of some wires is required
  5	If bonding per specific sequence is required

  Re documentation:

  1	photos	chip
  		specific step during process
  2	engineering report	data collection	observation	comments	proposals

  Q5: Anything else?
  A5: After IDAX verifying the availability of material you provided, IDAX would ask to know

  1	your Visa or MasterCard number for charge	You'll get a receipt copy.
  2	Pls. inform the shipping address and receiver name.	Writing is preferred.
  3	the FedEx or UPS account number to enable IDAX shipping per your instruction	You'll get all the shipping inf.
